El público de este hombre es internacional, flexible y cambiante. Fluye por las calles empedradas a la sombra de los muros de la Catedral, almuerza en el pequeño restaurante en la plaza junto a la Capilla Real, sale de los bazares de la Alcaicería, pasea con la cámara al cuello, compra su nombre en árabe antes de salir a la Gran Vía.
Él toca para todos y pide a cambio la voluntad, si gustas. Hoy le escuchaban un hombre, su hijo y su perro. El hombre ha hecho callar al animal para que no estorbase al músico. El perro pareció entender y solo ladró cuando la melodía terminó.
